John says : “You need to decide whether you’re chopping or
slicing”
I have decided for a long time that the most difficult it was, the more tasty it would be. My nevrotic brain works like that.
I
am definitely slicing Seville oranges, around the second weekend of
january, and hopefully it is snowing outside, we are now in the mood for
cooking
MARMALADE
| Seville oranges are not nice |
| And they have many seeds |
| Gather the seeds ! |
| Slice finely the oranges peels, it takes a loooong time, I know, it is like meditation |
| Add the seeds to the sliced oranges and sugar in the pan |
| Paradise ! I find it wonderful when marmalade is VERY bitter for breakfast with coffee. |
Beautiful, I love the bitter taste of marmalade, with big chunks of peel, yum. Illustration brilliant as usual! :)
ReplyDeletej'en ai justement fait ce weekend pour la première fois et je suis enchantée du résultat. elle est beautiful and so good !
