Cherry clafouti

This the clafouti day !

It is looking rustic, yes, but I feel that in june, no need to bake sophisticated cakes, when cherries are here.


I saw many recipes here and there, adding flavor extracts. I prefer it without and unpitted.




 The handwritten recipe on my painting is easy and tasty. Just let the batter sit for one hour before adding the cherries and put the clafouti in the oven.
